    A coastal Mississippi police chief says he put two officers on paid administrative leave after the death of a 3-year-old girl who was left alone in a parked car. Long Beach Police Chief Wayne McDowell tells WLOX-TV (http://bit.ly/2dHOlWC ) that the officers are the child's mother and a male officer. Hancock County Coroner Jim Faulk told the station Sunday that Chyenn Hyer's body will be sent Monday to Pearl for an autopsy, and he hopes to get results early next week.

    A search for Regina's Judy Campbell, who was reported missing after last being seen Sept. 21, has ended after her body was found in a rural area outside Swift Current, Sask. Campbell was reported missing by her family when she did not arrive in Swift Current for an anticipated visit with her mother. Campbell was a longtime school teacher who taught Grade 1 for many years at Judge Bryant School and other schools in Regina.

    A B.C. Supreme Court justice has convicted a senior member of the Hells Angels of conspiring to import and traffic cocaine following an elaborate RCMP sting operation. David Giles was one of five men on trial in Vancouver in connection with a 2012 undercover operation which saw investigators posing as organized criminals in meetings from Vancouver to Panama City. According to a decision written by Justice Carol Ross, Giles told officers he thought were with a South American drug cartel that he was broke after fighting previous charges and trying to get back on his feet.
