    In Galway, 22C is equivalent to the pure flames of hell temperature wise. In my office, it got up to 30C which is probably around 900F.

    Things which helped me: - Reading non-fiction, usually about someone who is going against the grain / cutting across a standard pattern. There's conflict and drama there. - Making a game with my hands from found materials. That required building, painting and knitting.
