#Polo by the Sea returns to Avalon this weekend

Despite being sponsored by champagne brand Pol Roger plus offering limo or helicopter transfers for cashed-up guests, organisers said they have dispelled the myth the sport was elitist.

Direct of Polo Events Australia and player Janek Gazecki said when the event arrived at Avalon’s Hitchcock Park for the first time in 2017, as part of the Urban Polo’s Australia-wide events calendar, locals weren’t too thrilled.
