I need help. I manage a community for Japanese language teachers. It's public and people can be a member without my approval.
The problem is, that I can not identify new members. The number of members are constantly increasing, but I don't know which are the new comers. So, I can not welcome them.
How can I find new members out of hundreds of old ones? Is there any idea?
The notifications are on.
