GOFLuvr: I'm excited for the French Grand Prix returning to F1. The most exciting part has to be that the French Grand Prix is new to me. (I started watching F1 back in 2009 with the German Grand Prix.) The French Grand Prix is also interesting because it's the only race in which I've some exposure to three of it's venues. (I first saw the Circuit Paul Ricard in the 1990 game Super Monaco Grand Prix, then again in 2013 in the move Rush. The movie Grand Prix introduced me to it's home at Clermont-Ferrand. Then finally, the games Team F1 and Racing Team Manager introduced me to Mangy-Cours.)

It's also nice to have a race at a circuit that doesn't look like it was designed by Hermann Tilke. (I mean no disrespect to Tilke, it's just the FIA overuses his track designs!)

Another nice thing, is that Ferrari should do very well on the long straights of Circuit Paul Ricard! Hopefully Kimi Raikkonen's woes will end, not just because it would be nice to at least see Raikkonen on the podium again, but also, Ferrari need solid performances from Raikkonen if they're to win the WCC.

Also, I must thank you for posting F1 articles that are newsworthy! I probably should have thanked you for this a lot sooner, but I didn't think anything about it until recently when I saw an interview with Fernando Alonso who's headline was troll bait! (I know it's offensive, but I do look at one other F1 news site from time to time, and I'll admit, I read the article with the ulterior motive of seeing what sort of snarky comments the other readers had... While the comments may have been funny, the article was ultimately shoddy journalism.)
