#6Mar 2018, The second round of WWE's Mixed Match Challenge continued this week in Green Bay as #RAW Women's Champion #AlexaBliss & #BraunStrowman defeated #Naomi & #SmackDown Tag Team Champion #JimmyUso to advance.
Strowman and Bliss will now go to Week 10 for a match against #Asuka & WWE Intercontinental Champion #TheMiz. The winners of that match will make it to the finals in Week 12.
Next week's Week 9 match will see #Lana & #Rusev take on SmackDown Women's Champion #Charlotte Flair and WWE United States Champion #BobbyRoode. The winner of Week 9 will go to Week 11 to face a previously eliminated team that will be determined by the Second Chance fan vote.
Live viewership for this week's #WWEMMC episode peaked at 88,500 on Facebook Watch. This is up from last week's match, which peaked at 62,200 live viewers and was the lowest live viewership of the season.

#6Mar 2018, The dark match before this weeks WWE #SmackDown in Green Bay saw #TheNewDay defeat #SheltonBenjamin & #ChadGable.
The dark main event after the WWE #205Live saw #ShinsukeNakamura defeat #Rusev by disqualification. There was a pre-match segment that saw Nakamura sing to Rusev and #AidenEnglish, which he received a big pop for like he did earlier on SmackDown. There were also loud "we want Lana" chants during the match. Rusev pointed to the back, where Lana was, and the chants got louder but he then took a mic and announced that all we were getting is Rusev Day. Nakamura ended up getting the DQ win due to interference from English. The segment ended with Nakamura hitting a Kinshasa on English and then pinning him as the crowd counted. To be noted, Nakamura vs. Rusev has been announced for Sunday's #WWEFastlane pay-per-view after Rusev issued a challenge to Nakamura on SmackDown.

#6Mar 2018, Former WWE star #EveTorres is pregnant again. The three-time #WWEDivas Champion made the announcement with her husband on Tuesday night at the end of this Instagram video titled 'Creepy Hug Defenses For Every Woman'. Torres and her husband, Rener Gracie, are expecting their second child. She gave birth to their first child, a boy, named Raeven Gracie, on September 28, 2015.

#6Mar 2018, WWE veteran #TheBigShow took to Twitter and apparently responded to reports on his retirement from UK outlets The Sun and The Mirror. Using quotes from an old interview, the two papers reported that Show was retiring due to his WWE contract expiring. Since that interview Show signed a new WWE deal, which expired in February of this year. There's no confirmation on Show signing another WWE deal this year but he did reveal in an interview done last month that he definitely plans on being back in the ring by #WrestleMania #WM34. Show has been out of action since last fall and is currently recovering from hip surgery. Below is the tweet:

#6Mar 2018, According to PWInsider, Impact wrestler Alberto El Patron aka #AlbertoDelRio was at WWE HQ in Stamford, CT last week to shoot interview footage for a future #ReyMysterio project but he also met with #VinceMcMahon while he was there and there has been talks about Vince wanting to bring Alberto back to WWE as he has always been high on him, as a character and a performer. Alberto's Impact contract expires next month but they are hoping to re-sign him.
It was announced today that Alberto will be working AAA's biggest show of the year on August 25th in Mexico City - TripleMania. PWInsider reports that Alberto has not signed a regular contract with AAA as his TripleMania deal is for one night only. It's possible that Alberto returns to WWE and is still allowed to work the AAA show.
