In honor of William &ldquo;Billy&rdquo; McLaughlin, a 37-year firefighter with the Milton Fire Department, the William K. McLaughlin Memorial Scholarship was established to assist relatives of Milton Firefighters in their educational pursuits.
Each year, one scholarship will be awarded in the amount of ten thousand ($10,000) dollars for the purpose of payment of college or post-secondary education tuition.
