Meet the Team

The team behind Dialpad is what makes it a great place to work. We run ramen noodle restaurants, dance Argentine tango, grow award-winning bonsai trees, direct musicals, and whatever else we can do to keep creativity flowing, because we believe some of the best ideas emerge from the most open of minds. We’re a group of people hungry to do more, with mentalities that are inspired and ambitious. Our work is our biggest passion.

Portuguese, Tagalog, Japanese, Russian, Hindi, Mandarin, German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, French, and Arabic are some of the many languages you will hear around the office.

Our San Francisco office has one 1972 Volkswagen company bus; 3 team flags; one sound booth; 25 (real) plants; 14 bottles of Tapatio hot sauce; 17 different company t-shirt designs; and one viral video that made it on the Ellen Show.

If you like music, our team has a member of the San Francisco Symphony chorus as well as a Filipino pop star... they may serenade you.

Meet our executives

Craig Walker

Craig is the Founder and CEO at Dialpad. Previously, he was Founder and CEO of GrandCentral Communications (now Google Voice) and prior to that, ran Yahoo! Voice as the Senior Director of VoIP at Yahoo!

John Rector

John is a co-founder and the VP of Telephony at Dialpad. Previously he worked at Google as a Senior Software Engineer, building the telephony backend for Google Voice.

Brian Peterson

Brian is a co-founder and the VP of Engineering at Dialpad. Previously he was a Senior Software Engineer at Google, building the front end of Google Voice.

Vincent Paquet

Vincent is the VP of Product at Dialpad. Previously, He was PM for Google Voice, co-founder and COO of GrandCentral, and Director of Business Development at Yahoo!.

Steven Love

Steven is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Dialpad. Previously he served as the CFO at Mblox and also held senior leadership roles at Evolv, Affymax, Connetics, Informatica, Portal Software, and Ernst & Young.

Steve Milner

Steve is the Vice President of Sales at Dialpad. Prior to joining Dialpad, Steve led Enterprise sales organizations at Rackspace, Level 3 Communications and TATA Communications for over 15 years.

Morgan Norman

Morgan is the VP of Marketing at Dialpad. He was SVP of Marketing at NetSuite, and SVP of Marketing and Chief Creative Officer at Zuora. Prior to that, he held marketing leadership roles at Microsoft, WorkSimple, WageWorks, and Ixia Communications.

Steve LaCommare

Steve is the VP of Finance at Dialpad. Previously he ran Finance for security software start-up Nok Nok Labs, and prior to that was Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for Saba Software during their IPO and growth phase.

Erik Lagerway

Erik is the VP of Client Solutions at Dialpad. He is a serial entrepreneur with more than 20 years of expertise in building Real Time Communications software companies, including Hookflash, Gaboogie, Shift Networks, CounterPath and more. Erik is also founder and former Chair of the W3C ORTC Community Group & former co-chair on the W3C WebRTC Working Group.

Khaled Saffouri

Khaled Saffouri is the VP of Commercial Sales at Dialpad. Khaled is an established sales leader, having spent 14 years building and running SMB, Mid-Market, Cloud & Enterprise US Sales at Rackspace prior to joining Dialpad.

Moses Sison

Moses is the Head of People Ops and Talent Acquisition at Dialpad. He has spent his career finding talented people for Google, Adobe and Silver Spring Networks.

Marlo Go Stroud

Marlo is the General Counsel at Dialpad. Prior to joining Dialpad, Marlo practiced regulatory and telecom law with Goodin, MacBride, Squeri & Day, LLP, as well as served in the general counsel's office of CTIA-The Wireless Association.

Investors

Rich Miner

Rich is a Director at Google focused on education-related technology. He has spent more than 30 years building and investing in innovative startups. Previously, he was a General Partner at Google Ventures and a co-founder of Android.

Marc Andreessen

Marc is an entrepreneur, investor, and software engineer. He is the co-author of Mosaic, a co-founder of Netscape, and a General Partner at Andreessen Horowitz. He currently sits on the board of directors of Facebook, eBay, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, among others.

John Kim

John is a Managing Partner at Amasia. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President at Mercuria Energy Group, Executive Director at Goldman Sachs, and Portfolio Manager at Korean National Investments.

Wesley Chan

Wesley is a Managing Director at Felicis Ventures. He was a Founder of Google Analytics and Google Voice, and a General Partner at Google Ventures. Prior to that, he held technical positions at HP Labs and Microsoft.

Jon Lehr

John Lehr is a co-founder and General Partner at Work-Bench where he invests in enterprise technology startups. Previously, he worked at Morgan Stanley in the Office of the CIO.

Teddy Himler

Teddy is an associate at Comcast Ventures. Previously, he was Vice President at SoftBank and held positions at Goldman Sachs and the U.S. House of Representatives.
