Change billing contacts and notifications

To change the billing contact or the notifications you want to receive, do the following. (Note that you must be a billing administrator to make the changes described here.)

  1. Go to the API Console.
  2. Open the console left side menu and select Billing  Billing
  3. If you have more than one billing account, select the billing account name.
  4. On the left, click Profile.
  5. To add a billing contact:
    1. Under Billing contacts click Add new contact, and then enter the name, phone, and email for the new contact.
    2. When you’re finished, click Save.
  6. To update billing notifications for a contact:
    1. Under Billing contacts, find the name of the contact you want to update and click Edit.
    2. Select the notification level as all billing emails, no billing emails, or administrative billing emails (for example, account suspension notices).
    3. Click Save. Note that the primary contact will always receive all billing notifications.

Note: If you want to change the communication preferences for email from Google Cloud Platform, click the Settings icon, click Preferences, and then click Email options.
