FAQ
What is UberRUSH?
Just as Uber connects you with a car to take a ride, UberRUSH connects you with a courier to make a delivery. Your courier will arrive at the push of a button, ready to pick up your items and deliver them wherever they need to go.
Where is this currently available?
UberRUSH is currently available in the New York City Area (Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens), San Francisco and Chicago.
How much does UberRUSH cost?
UberRUSH rates vary by market. See the rates for your city.
How long does it take for UberRUSH to deliver a package?
The timing is different for every order. Once you enter the recipient's address, you’ll see an estimated time of delivery.
What do you do to guarantee safe & reliable delivery?
All of our couriers undergo a comprehensive background check and ongoing quality checks through our ratings system. We also provide real time tracking so you always know where your delivery is and when it will arrive. You also have the ability to require a signature as well as round trip service to return an item if it can’t be delivered. If you have any questions or concerns, you can always contact our support team at [email protected].
How is an order delivered?
Your courier will follow the instructions that you provide and deliver accordingly. If you request extra steps like a signature confirmation or a return trip, we will add them to the courier's trip automatically. The item will be delivered directly to the intended recipient or left with a doorman.
What items can I deliver using UberRUSH?
Couriers will deliver any item that an average person can carry. Couriers on bikes can deliver items up to 30 pounds and couriers driving cars can deliver items up to 50 pounds. However, you may NOT send for delivery:
- People or animals of any size
- Alcohol (or any other goods that require identification)
- Illegal items
- Dangerous items (weapons, explosives, flammable, etc.)
- Stolen goods
- Any items for which you do not have permission to send
Couriers reserve the right to refuse delivery of any item.
