About making accommodations for an aging workforce ... food for thought.

I would not use the "silver tsunami" moniker. At least, tsunami is a uncontrollable and destructive force, but the aging workforce is a phenomenon that could be managed. The governments should think of better ideas for helping older adults in the workforce than putting them near restrooms and refrigerators.
