Glowing Lighthouse


This light located on Fayerweather Island Light a.k.a Black Rock Harbor Lighthouse in the state of Connecticut. To reach to that island I have to hop on the big rocks from the beach to reach there. When first time a spotted this lighthouse I made my mind to strike last lays of the day on the wall to glow its structure as on West End and that's why named it Glowing Lighthouse. At the time of the shot, movement of clouds also favors me, at least the way I liked it. Three layers of different types of clouds formation, lower burning one on left, darker stormy middle and some right scattered which allowing Sun rays to hit the surf. Connecticut and nearby states which have shorelines and some amazing lighthouses. I have planned to capture most them, but not sure when. Saying this one is favorite shot from the year will not be wrong.
