Finally. A literate editor. I just finished an excellent book, "Valiant Ambition" which was the more remarkable because the editor actually had a grasp of geography and included many detailed maps to coincide with the account. Most editors most especially of books with an important geographic background across which the story unfolds include no pertinent maps or if they do they have none of the place names referred to in the account. Kudos whoever was the editor on Philbrick's book. Doug
