	En réponse à @Mr_van_W Had to reread it. My logical fallacies might be rusty but not sure I see a strawman here. The author had the mistaken belief that engagement was the goal, now he doesn't. It's a personal piece of self discovery no?

	Step 1. 100 year 9 students do diagnostic test using Microsoft forms. Step 2. Upload video solutions to YouTube. Step 3. Every student & parent get email of a personalised list of vids to watch. Step 4. Students do personalised practise questions. Today was a good day #aussieEd
