	Replying to @Expedia Here’s the lesson I learned and I hope everyone follows this. Do not use @Expedia and definitely do not purchase the insurance because it does not help you. Call the airline directly to save yourself all of these problems.

	So wanted to give everyone an @Expedia update. After 75 minutes on the phone yesterday I finally got my ticket changed but they charged again me because the insurance you buy is separate. I had to file a claim with the insurance & they decide if I qualify for a reimbursement.
