All required information regarding the setup of Simple Share Button Plus.

The video below will walk you through the simplest setup of Simple Share Buttons Plus.

It’s worth noting at this point that all of the labels within the Simple Share Buttons Plus admin pages will reveal a tooltip when hovered over. These can provide helpful tips if you are unsure what they do.

Switch on the switches for the locations that you would like your share buttons to appear.

It should be noted that the Homepage option refers to adding share buttons to the excerpts of your posts on the homepage. If you wish to add share buttons to a static front page, the shortcodes documentation may prove useful.

The placement option allows you to set share buttons to appear before, after or before and after (‘both’) your content.

Both should not be selected if you are using a fixed or responsive option for your share buttons.

You can add some custom share text to appear with your share buttons, see share text styling for how to further customise this.

Note that share text will be hidden by default for some share button styles.

Drag and drop the social networks that are available into the dash-bordered box beneath. You can reorder these however you like.
