Please be advised that due to a sewer system backup, the BCIT Downtown Campus parkade is closed until further notice. At this time, we anticipate that facilities remediation and a comprehensive parkade cleaning will take several days.

We recognize this is an inconvenience for staff, faculty, and students and BCIT staff and our contractors are working around the clock to remediate the situation as quickly as possible.

Washrooms throughout the building are now open and operational (with the exception of the Mezzanine level washrooms and showers). Bike lockers remain accessible but must be accessed with assistance from the front Security desk.

A reminder that alternative parking is available very close to campus:
