I have a statement, I am a newbie at Stocks but what I noticed is due to Market Capitalization most companies have a maximum amount of money to place in the Stock Market to gain Share Holders. What I have learned is although daily Highs and Lows and Closing may tell you some information this is not what you need to know to determine whether to invest in a company or not although many people have been doing it way since the beginning. I have come up with a new Term called (Add Ratio or Reduction Ratio). The Add Ratio Tells you how much money or Capital a Company has on a daily bases of their own money outside of Shareholder money to Add to the Stock market to gain new Share Holders or The Reduction Ratio Tells how much of a companies money or Capital on a daily bases they are losing that they can't add to the Stock market on a daily bases to gain Share Holders. The Add Ratio will also tell how much of Shareholder money is making Capital Gains and how much of that money is going back to the Shareholder and is being used to add to a Companies Market Capitalization to gain new Share Holders. Knowing the Overall Debt or Gains of Company tells you not that much you need to Know what I have named the Daily Add Ratio or Reduction Ratio to know which companies to invest in on a daily bases.
