    Senior ” catizen “ ..love it.. 47

    Beautiful senior catizen Ysabeau was found living rough with a sore abscess on her neck and cancerous growths on her ears. After surgery to remove her ear tips and some medication, she's feeling so much better and she's on the lookout for a fab new home.

    Ok people, you know the drill by now... PLEASE no dogs in cars/conservatories; ensure shade, ventilation & water available to all animals; no dog walking till pavements cool down or early morning p.s. I’m parked in the shade 63 🥵

    This is crucial.. there are lots of hedgehogs coming in, particularly young ones that are dehydrated and hungry. It’s not good, the weather and the ground being so dry 🐛🐌🦗 🦔🦔 47

    This is the sad fate of many male cats that are left to roam and have no choice but to fight over resources. This chap luckily only has minor injuries and will be cleaned up and neutered but he is one of many, please neuter your cats! 🐱 (62)

    Fantastic rescue by AWO Cottingham👏🏻This poor fox became tightly entangled in this discarded wire hanging from a building in the M16 area 😱luckily the fox was uninjured & AWO Cottingham was able to release it straight away🦊🎉👏🏻33

    Busy weekend please bear with us if calling or waiting for an officer. This big male had a hook in its leg, very unhappy chap! Was removed, after a bit of time to recover will hopefully be returned home 47

    This gorgeous was rescued by some kind youths after it collided with a building. Now off to East Winch Wildlife Hospital for a check over 🤞hoping we’ll be able to get it back out flying free very soon 63 🦉

    This poor Jackdaw got himself stuck in a disused chimney. Fortunately it was a simple job to move the electric fire and cover from the old fireplace. He was fit, well and feisty so we simply took him outside and let him go. Release video to follow. 21

    Huge shoutout to thank you Blackwatch for helping free this trapped in a delivery van on a journey from the A1 & thank you to staff for parking up and notifying us straight away. The bird will need xrays in the morning🤞63

    Thank you to the kind people who brought these cats in to us today. These 3 were found in a lay-by on the side of the A1 motorway. Luckily they appear okay but are absolutely terrified. They are being cared for by until they are ready to find new homes 😻 51

    Ringing news - a juvenile gull reared and released by our team in 2007 was seen yesterday on Ashworth Moor Reservoir, almost 12 years later. The same gull (pictured here) was previously seen in Southport Marine Lake 😀

    A 2 year old cat called Bella became stuck up this very large tree for 2 days. In her attempts to get down, she managed to wedge herself between 2 branches 😢 Luckily ACO Pierce & rescued her & she was reunited with her very happy owners. 33
