    Interesting - even in the world of , 70% of US Millennials will wait up to 5 days for their online apparel purchases given free shipping. I suspect this is due to the "impulse" / "want" based nature of clothes vs. "need" based categories like electronics or household goods.

    A lot of the subsequent debate with David Dayen and Fiona Scott Morton was around data privacy. I find most of it bizarre. If I walk up to a Starbucks and order coffee, I *need* to disclose personal information: my face, my credit card, my name.

    Great interview and great writing. It’s a complex time for gaming CEOs, and it’s great to see them open up about that.

    My biggest story out of . I sat down exclusively w/ CEO Andrew Wilson for in an hour-long interview that was one of the most candid I've ever had with an executive. We talked about EA's challenges, successes, and Wilson's vision for the industry's future.

    8/ The goal of getting to market share dominance is NOT to increase prices. The goal is to lower your CACs so that you can LOWER prices for your customers. CACs go down because there is one dominant player. DaaS is like Amazon: “your margin is my opportunity”
