    Often private buildings are seized by banks for debts or owner just doesn't want to rent. Gov cannot commandeer them...

    The Hotel Delta on the main Egnatia St suffered same fate years ago, welded shut then left empty after police raid of occupation

    Problem with public buildings is there have to be inter-ministerial decisions to allocate them. We know the speed of Greek bureaucracy.
