#563 US keyboard layout is always loaded
On Windows, after starting, DosBox loads US English keyboard layout even if a similar English layout is installed in the system. It persists after exiting DosBox, making further use of the keyboard difficult.
Please don't load it at all, or clean it up before exiting.
