We recently bought some milkweed plants to attract butterflies. To our surprise, they came loaded with Monarch caterpillars! When I first noticed them, there were at least 25. The next day, I saw only 8. This is the last one seen on day three. I have spotted 3 chrysalises, hopefully there are more that will survive to become butterflies. #monarchcaterpillar
