"Illegal aliens" violate the lawful process by which a citizen of a foreign nation can become an American citizen. Hence, "Illegal aliens" are NOT immigrants! They have chosen to violate the immigration laws of the United States. Furthermore, a fundamental principle of American culture is a respect for law and adherence to the laws of our land. When citizens of foreign nations invade American soil - deliberately violating the immigrations laws of the nation - they show utter contempt for the civil government:  the United States Constitution, Federal, States, and Local government of the United States. Consequently, they know little of the responsibilities of citizenship!
