Rachel Bettis

Rachel is a member of the Artistic Team, as well as a salon manager and salon professional at The Salon at Ulta Beauty.

A licensed cosmetology and barber instructor, Rachel has twelve years of experience in the beauty industry. Prior to joining Ulta Beauty, Rachel owned a salon in central Utah and was nominated for “Business of the Year” by the Delta Area Chamber of Commerce.

Rachel has also worked with a number of top designers as part of New York Fashion Week, including Tadashi Shoji, Michael Costello, Naomi Campbell's Fashion For Relief, Alice + Olivia, TaoRay Wang and also worked on The Walk Fashion Show in Chicago.

Aki Hill

Aki is a member of the Artistic Team, Salon Manager and a salon professional at The Salon at Ulta Beauty. He has been in the beauty industry for more than 18 years and is Redken certified in design and color.

Aki’s clients have included Nicole Miller, Russell Simmons, Kerry Washington, Pam Anderson, Kerri Hilson and Danny Glover. Aki has also worked multiple seasons of New York Fashion Week runways such as: Go Red for Women, Naomi Campbell’s Fashion for Relief, Alice + Olivia, Tadashi Shoji, Zimmerman, En Noir and more. Aki’s work has been published in the New York Post, Inked Girls magazine, and Southern Seasons magazine.

Aki has a passion for education and is actively involved in helping others in his community. By teaming up with local educators, Aki established a series of classes to help improve self-esteem among teenage girls with regard to body image in the Ohio school system. He is also on the Advisory Board for Empire Beauty Education and Paul Mitchell Beauty schools.

Haley Kimble

Haley is a member of the Artistic Team, technical trainer and salon professional at The Salon at Ulta Beauty.

As a Redken Certified Colorist, Haley is passionate about innovative color and style techniques. She has served as a featured colorist for the Redken Color 25th Anniversary of Shades EQ Gloss book, where she showcased her expertise and provided recommendations to other colorists and stylists.

Haley has also worked as a hair stylist for a number of fashion shows at New York Fashion Week and beyond. She assisted Rodney Cutler in developing runway looks for Betsey Johnson, worked backstage for Naomi Campbell’s Fashion for Relief, created hair looks for the American Heart Association’s Go Red For Women® Red Dress Collection™ show and styled hair for two shows curated by Women’s Wear Daily.

Pamela Lynch

Pamela is a member of the Artistic Team, serves as a technical trainer and a salon professional at The Salon at Ulta Beauty. She is Redken certified in color and design.

Pamela has more than 17 years of experience working in the beauty industry. Throughout her career with Ulta Beauty, Pamela has represented the brand in numerous high profile opportunities including working on the Ulta Beauty Artistic Team’s NAHA photo shoot submission and serving as the lead designer for Team Karolina Kurkova on Oxygen’s hit reality series, The Face.

Pamela has a strong background working backstage as a hair stylist for New York Fashion Week including shows such as Tadashi Shoji, Naomi Campbell’s Fashion for Relief, Clover Canyon and also worked on The Walk in Chicago. She works closely with Miss Illinois, assisting with her styling for photo shoots.

Samantha Manuzak

Samantha is a member of the Artistic Team, Technical Trainer and salon professional at The Salon at Ulta Beauty.

A graduate of Pivot Point Academy, Samantha has always had a passion for beauty. She has expertise in both hair and makeup and has worked on fashion shows, photos shoots and print advertisements.

Samantha also has a passion for education, which has led her to become Redken certified in design and color, as well as a licensed cosmetology instructor. She loves to share her knowledge with other stylists to help grow their careers.

Doris Sanchez

Doris is a member of the Artistic Team and a salon professional at The Salon at Ulta Beauty. She is also Redken certified in color and design.

Doris joined Ulta Beauty in 2004 and was selected to be part of Ulta Beauty’s first-ever team of technical trainers in 2007. She has represented Ulta Beauty in many high profile initiatives including working behind-the-scenes as the lead hairstylist for Team Naomi Campbell on Oxygen’s reality TV series, The Face.

As part of the Ulta Beauty Artistic Team, Doris is backstage each season at New York Fashion Week and has styled hair for top fashion shows including Alice + Olivia, Carlos Miele, La Perla, Zimmerman and Tadashi Shoji.

Brittney Ounanian

Brittney is a member of the Artistic Team and a salon professional at The Salon at Ulta Beauty.

Brittney is a graduate of the Aveda Institute and is a veteran of the beauty industry with five years of experience working as a hairstylist and makeup artist. Brittney is an award-winning stylist, having been recognized by the industry including awards from the RAW Natural Born Artists organization and PBA Beacon. She also placed as a top 20 finalist for the Oxygen television series, Hair Battle Spectacular.

As part of the Ulta Beauty Artistic Team, Brittney is a regular backstage at New York Fashion Week where she has styled hair for fashion shows such as Tadashi Shoji, Naomi Campbell’s Fashion for Relief, Noon by Noor and FTLA Moda.

Rodney Cutler

As a leader in creativity and education for the beauty and fashion industries, Rodney Cutler cultivates and shapes today’s foremost trends. His celebrity clientele includes Naomi Watts, Rachael Ray, Jamie King, Gavin DeGraw and Jordin Sparks, among others.

Hairdressers from around the world are drawn to Rodney’s charming and genuine personality. He leads a talented, unpretentious staff of 150, of which 30 are editorial stylists consistently working on cover shoots and fashion spreads. Further establishing him as the go-to source for all things fashion, Rodney and his innovative team of stylists create the hottest styles on the runways, working on more than 20 top shows each season at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week.

Even though Rodney is constantly in demand, he makes time for his other passions. Waking up every morning at 5 am to run, bike or swim, Rodney is a man of discipline and his hard work is evident in the multiple Triathlon’s Iron Man and Marathons he has under his belt. He dedicates his time to charitable work as the Board of Directors for Shoe4Africa (www.shoe4Africa.org). Despite his busy schedule, Rodney is a family man and helps to raise two boys with his wife Linda, who have all become avid Australian Rules Football fans.
