Love my wedding ring and can't wait to wear it everyday. Only problem was ordering, I used the site on my phone and it kept crashing. Took a few attempts before it went through. Might work better on a laptop, tablet etc.

We were very impressed with Orla James all the way from our initial enquiries to finally receiving our wedding rings. They were always very responsive to emails, answered all our (many!) questions, offered a fantastic sample service so we could try on loads of different styles and sizes, and when we finally chose the rings, they arrived quickly and they are beautiful. I would recommend them to anybody!

Communication was poor. Delivery of the product was delayed twice and on both occasions I was not informed until I contacted customer service. The order was placed 6 weeks before the product was required. The product was required for a wedding and was only received a few hours before the wedding started.

Our rings are hand crafted to order in the UK and our diamonds set rings take around 5 weeks. Your ring was despatched a couple of days over this time on the 15th June due to a slight delay at the Assay office. It is disappointing to hear you had to chase for an order status update and I do sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused. It must have been stressful to only receive your ring on the day of your wedding. We were able to use the free ring sizer tool to get our correct sizes, and also availed of the sample rings which helped us greatly to make our final decisions, almost like a try before you buy!
Charlotte and Fin really were really helpful and informative. I would highly recommend Orla James and would definitely shop with them again!

Unfortunately the parcel is being returned to us from Indonesia as the courier says the address is unkown. We ordered our wedding rings from orla james and we are very happy with our rings and the service we received. We used the sample service to find our perfect rings and it was very useful, we then placed our order for the actual wedding rings that we wanted, these were made and delivered a lot quicker than i expected, great quality and the engraving is a lovely touch. The rings come in a great presentation box, communication was brilliant. Thank you orla james!
