Low birth-weight babies like these twins need to stay in the newborn unit until they gain weight. They must be fed and monitored regularly, and kept warm, to help them grow. Three week old girl Zohal (left) and her brother Ojate (right) are growing steadily – thanks in part to the skin-to-skin method practised in the Kangaroo Mother Care Unit.
