Earning an MCSE: Messaging certification will qualify you for a position in network and computer systems administration.
A new exam covering Microsoft Exchange Server 2016 is now incorporated into the MCSE: Messaging credential. The new exam (345) provides an alternate path to earning the MCSE through Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 exams 341 and 342.

You can substitute an MCSA: Windows Server 2012 certification for the MCSA: Office 365 certification.
