We can answer that

  • What is a Space?

    A Space is a visual project folder where you can upload files and then share a unique Space link with your team. People with this Space link can add comments, approve and download files and upload new versions.

  • Is there a size limit?

    If you are a free LITE plan user, each Space has a 250MB limit on the total file size uploaded. There is no file size limit on uploads to a Space for PRO and BUSINESS users.

  • Is there a limit on the number of Spaces I can create?

    No. You can create and share as many Spaces as you wish whether you are a LITE or PRO user.

  • How do I cancel my PRO plan?

    In your account settings, select the EDIT option in the PRO PLAN section. You can GO LITE but will then no longer be able to increase the total file size limit of your Space beyond 250MB.

  • How do I update my billing information?

    In your account settings, select the EDIT option in the BILLING section then enter your new credit card details.

  • How do I know which plan I’m on?

    When you’re signed in to Hightail, click on your avatar on the top right of the screen to see your account settings, including details of your current plan.

  • Can I get Hightail for my team?
