We are saddened to share the news that Professor Elena Rybak-Akimova, who dedicated her life to sharing her passion for science with students, passed away on March 11.

Chemistry professor Elena Rybak-Akimova, who dedicated her life to revealing the life of small-molecule binding and activation and to sharing her passion for science with students, passed away on March 11 at the age of fifty-six. The cause of death was cancer.
