I have had the first and second generation Automatic device. I just lease a new vehicle, and the dev...ices I've paid for are now bricked... The app doesn't let me change the vehicle, so I uninstalled and was going to reinstall the app. The app no longer exists, so my two devices are bricks. I understand perhaps not supporting those products any longer, but why remove the app so that I can't use the device I've already purchased. Do you really think I'm going to purchase the new generation of this device after you bricked my old ones? Just creating more garbage for landfills. See More

I purchased two Automatic units, one in 2016 and one in 2018. Those units ad can still be found on A...mazon, though those versions are no longer available. At the end of the features list it reads, “No subscription fee.”

If the units still worked properly, it would now cost $5.00/month to reactivate some of the features I had before. How does that fit the “No subscription fee?”
