The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

# Easy quick airport access # Friendly welcoming staff # Excellent restaurant

# Couldn't borrow a power point plug adapter...they were all being used in conference rooms.

$150 deposit for key is excessive and took way to long to be refunded to bank account.

# Location ( Quite near from Roma Termini) and Metro line (B) is just 300 m away # Nearby restaurants for breakfast /Dinner # Lady (From Romania) at Reception was quite helpful and advise us where to go in the short period. # Have a mini refrigerator to keep our stuff cool # Quite locality # A mini safe in the room to keep your valuables.
-
# Lift is very small to move in with a few luggage # No Internet # Mobile signal is very weak in the rooms # TV is quite small # Since hotel room are at different building you have to go with all you luggage to the main reception which is in another building to keep you luggage. Why can't you store over there where you are staying ??

Staff. Housekeeping lady very friendly and extremely helpfull.
+
$40 cheeper per night and only 10min walk to san marco…can't beat that.
Mackinaw City, Michigan
+
$30 less than higher rates hotels. Should have paid the $30!
-
Staff friendly. Didn't know how to print a receipt! Ice machine broken. Generally old place.
+
Great breakfast! Claudia and her husband were very nice and gave us tips on where to go and what to see in the area. She even set up our tour to pick us up from the property. Great place with amazing views.
+
Emi and Romain were wonderful hosts. I loved the room, the balcony overlooking the volcano, the pool, and the food! Getting into Granada was easy, and coming back after a long sweaty day of sightseeing was really comforting.
+
The room was wonderful, plenty of space, comfy bed, nice modern bathroom. Everything was clean and nice. The hotel had a gate you had to be buzzed into so we felt very safe and felt comfortable leaving our belongings behind. The breakfast in the mornings was wonderful! The owners were wondeful and very kind.
-
I only speak a little spanish and the owners don't speak much english, but we were able to get through most information ok.
+
Friendly staff, owner introduced himself care how we felt in his property. Got lost driving in the city in a heavy raining night.Front desk agent immediately send a taxi to help me back to hotel.
-
I don't like Leon has one way streets very confuse to reach to any destination including the hotel.
+
We were only there one night but Evan and Barbara were so helpful -- he picked us up at the airport. They were also so friendly the next morning at breakfast on the roof. A very nice treat. We will stay with them again if we return to Placencia.
-
I can't think of anything. Everything we needed was provided, including a phone to call if we needed something.
+
Very nice room with outside porch facing the sea. Owners and staff extremely accommodating for anything needed - restaurant recommendations, directions and so on.
+
Great food. Great people. Comfy bed. Great group of guests. Fun.They take good care of you. Added plus: great snorkeling right from the dock :)
+
Place is nice and clean and has a pool. Good value for money. Great clean kitchen. Free coffee and water all day. The owner Carlos is nice and friendly. He can also help you with tours and transportation.
-
The only two negatives I can think of is that they charge 4$ extra per night if you book online. Also when we stayed multiple nights he wouldn't negotiate on the price. Instead of the normal 25$ we paid 29$. Aircon costs 5$ extra per night.
+
Welcoming cocktail. Bath robes in rooms. Coffee maker. Safe.
+
The people running the place were really friendly and helpful.. Location is great.. And would certainly recommend a surfing lesson with Mike! :)
+
The owners were very hospitable and friendly. It is close to the airport where Mario will pick you up and take you back if necessary. The breakfast included was made fresh and was a full breakfast out on the terrace surrounded by gorgeously landscaped yard along a golf course. Room was cute and well maintained.
+
We absolutely loved our stay here. Breakfast and staff were excellent and very helpful. Bungalows were cute and relaxing. A wonderful home away from home
+
Great location, quiet & peaceful but near everything, excellent staff who organized an early check in which we really appreciated after an overnight bus from Flores. Highly recommend it for a stay in Antigua.
+
Wonderful views of the ocean. Private, beautiful interior with a great pool. Daylong visits from monkeys who come to eat mangoes from the huge tree above the property. Excellent breakfast served to guests, including knowledgeable accommodation of our daughters Celiac/gluten issues. Great tips from the hosts on local spots to visit, paths to take (Agnes herself even walked our family down to the beach on our first day). We also got a great tip from her on a bird and animal sanctuary to visit on out way bag to San Jose.
-
A little worrisome driving up, as exterior is only OK, while interior is fantastic and spacious.
+
Everything. Excellent staff and facilities
-
We liked it all.
+
I loved the scenery and serenity of the location. The breakfast was delicious. There were many options in terms of tours.
-
I wish the breakfast was free and included like it said on tripadvisor.
+
The room was amazing! Huge bed and so comfy, the staff was awesome, I wish they could be at EVERY hotel, they did above and beyond for us!!! My husband and I missed our flights, they had someone waiting to pick us up at the airport, very professional. The hotel is very nice and secure, you feel like your walking into a private villa. The town is just enchanting, you can't visit for three days like we did, you must have a week. We are coming back and this is Home Away From Home!!!
+
The staff were gracious, attentive, and helpful. The breakfast had many different options. Our air conditioner stopped working and they changed our room for the night without hesitation. Great wifi and perfect location in the city.
-
Nothing!
+
Great location, great property, outstanding staff, very accommodating. Side trips arranged for us were first class. An all round super experience. I would go back in a heartbeat.
-
It's expensive, but it's worth it.
+
We loved every aspect of Physis, we originally booked one day and decided to extend after spending that night. Jeremy and Emily are amazing hosts. I regret that our entire vacation couldn't be spent at Physis.
-
Nothing!
+
The staff was very accommodating. A great place to stay!
+
Friendliness of the staff, beautiful setting, well maintained grounds, villa was unbelievable. Food was great. Truly this was the best place we have ever stayed. We enjoyed being at the resort, as well as the various excursions we attended. I do hope we are able to visit again!
+
The breakfast was amazing and they were thoughtful about food restrictions. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The common areas were very comfortable and welcoming and meticulously kept.
-
The room was comfortable, but space for toiletries in bath was minimal and could have used a table in bedroom, besides the bedside tables.
+
We stayed in the beachfront casita, and it was absolutely lovely. The room was clean, cool (great AC), had free WIFI, and was surrounded by beach and pool. The price was also extremely fair for all the amenities (bikes and kayaks are also free to use on the property). The staff was extremely kind. Alex brought us coconuts with straws because it was so warm, and helped us with anything we could possibly ever need. Ernesto arranged a snorkeling trip for us to Hol Chan Marine Reserve, which is an absolute must! We were picked up by a boat right on our dock and the trip was incredible. We definitely plan to come back here one day.
+
It's a really nice hotel! The owners are super friendly and make you feel like you are staying at home.
-
Wifi connection is unreliable and really slow
+
Good home cooked breakfast every morning. The place is beautiful, each room with its own charm.
+
The view from the room was outstanding and the room itself was large and luxurious. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The two pools were lovely and most of the time you could get one to yourself since the hotel is small. There are no loud parties and music blaring all day so it is very relaxing.
-
It is primarily a hotel for people interested in deep sea fishing and did not have enough activities such as bird watching tours and trails around the property to entertain guests who are interested in nature. It also did not have a beach, not that we minded that. If you want to go to a beach you have to take a boat ($$) to one of the offshore islands. We did take a snorkeling tour which was lovely but currently there is no tour guide so there was no explanation of where we were going or what we were seeing as we sped through the offshore islands and stopped at two uninhabited islands for snorkeling and beach combing. For the high price I would have expected more--or at least a discount. The driver of the boat did not even stop to look at birds we were interested in or slow down to show us anything. I understand that the hotel is in the process to hire a tour guide. The gardens need some work but the hotel is fairly new so it is still a work in progress. Behind all the cabanas is a bit bare but in time I would expect it to get a more jungle-like look.
+
the mix and abundance of activities on and off the property were outstanding.
+
Great breakfast, beautiful garden, good location.
+
I love the location. A little out from the town, in the way to all the trials and activities. This Hosteria in the best spot ever, with an amazing location.
+
If you are looking for an authentic Marrakech experience in the heart of the old town, this Riad is perfect !! On arrival at the airport, you will be met by hotel staff who will drive you to Jemaa el-Fna, the main square. There you will be met by another staff member who will walk you through the square to the Riad, transporting your bags in a wheeled cart. Subsequently, when you leave the Riad for the first time, a staff member will guide you and point out the landmarks you need to recall to find your way back. This was not difficult at all - we had no problems, and our navigational skills are just average - and we always felt completely safe. The Riad itself is beautiful, and could probably qualify as a museum just in light of the incredible carved walls and ceilings that are several hundred years old !! Owner Guido is charming, informative, speaks multiple languages, and always super nice and helpful !! He gave us a map with all the best places circled on it and explained how to get to them. We followed all of his instructions and had a fabulous time !! He also made us restaurant and day trip reservations that worked out wonderfully !! Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was great with pastries, omelettes, pancakes, fresh fruit, orange juice, coffee, etc daily served by friendly and attentive staff members. There is also a beautiful courtyard with plunge pool. The wifi worked great in the courtyard, but does not extend into all the rooms as the walls are too thick. In the room, AC and TV worked great. So if an authentic old town experience is your goal, this is highly recommended !!
-
Everything was great !!
+
Riad Alnadine was the best accommodation during our 1 week trip in Morocco. Nadine and Alain were lovely hosts and extremely helpful! The experience in Marrakech would not have been the same if we had stayed somewhere else. We hope to be back soon and would recommend the place to any travelers visiting Marrakech :)
+
Absolutely everything about the Kowie River Guest House was outstanding. The location and setting on the banks of the river was beautiful - especially at sunset; the soft, calm luxury of the living/dining areas was under-stated elegance at its absolute best; the rooms were perfect - from the deep-set verandah, to the pristine white bathroom, to the huge oh-so-comfy beds; the evening glass of sherry and the welcoming drink; the oh-so-delicious breakfasts every morning; the warmth and sincerity of Ditte's hospitality - they have just got it all SO very right... We enjoyed a perfect, most relaxing break and would recommend the Kowie River Guest House to anyone looking for something special.
+
The positioning is perfect! Views that are exceptional and the perfect atmosphere. The hosts are very attentive and knowledgeable. Definitely the place to stay in wilderness. They really think of everything from the complimentary drinks to the gowns, nespresso in the room and beach towels. Perfect.

If you want to be in good hands in Marrakesh this is the right Riad. Francois and the staff were extremely helpful. Unusually I didn't plan the whole stay and in the morning second day spontaneously decided to go to High Atlas. Francois arranged very economic car rental with delivery to Riad's door. He and the staff will make you feel home and go ve you useful tips how to move in Marrakesh.
+
Very scenic property with sea view. The breakfast selection was really awesome as well and staff very friendly and helpful with recommendations of restaurants and tourist attractions in the area. Great value for money👌
+
Fantastic guest house with a garden, pool and room that exceeded all expectations. The personal interaction and service from the staff was outstanding. The location is perfect and I highly recommend Avondrood Guest House.
+
Location is very convenient. Owner is genuinely invested in his guests' experiences. He provided an excellent orientation that helped me negotiate the people and streets of the city. The staff is very accommodating. I felt very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
+
Amazing units, spotless and luxurious. Has everything you'll ever need. Great location and the owners are such lovely people. I have already booked my next two business trips!
+
We stayed in the Studio room and it was really worth it. Good value for money and comfortable and very clean. Definitely worth a visit and I will gladly return again.
+
Excellent location, with wonderful uninterrupted breathtaking views out to sea, without looking into other properties. Quiet and secluded, but only minutes away from the shops and restaurants of Camps Bay. Easy access to Cape Town centre a short drive away. We didn't hire a car, used Uber with no problems, readily available at all times. Tina, Joseph and staff couldn't have been more helpful, with delicious breakfasts to top it all off! Thank you for a tremendous nine days, couldn't have been better.
+
Location was perfect and the staff went out of there way to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. Owner has amazing taste in art and you can spend a long time admiring all the unique art in the Ryad. I would stay hear again if a had the opportunity.
+
The owners are wonderful. It felt like visiting family. They are so kind and accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful every morning. They made dinner reservations for us in the evening at spectacular places. The view from our room and the deck was breathtaking.
+
What a great place to stay! Breakfast was delicious - and they even made it to go for me since I had a very early train to catch. Staff was so friendly and accomodating, people walked me to and from places as I was travelling alone. Staff were all super friendly and make you feel right at home! Bed was very comfy and the room was huge!
+
Excellent service, wonderful atmosphere, delicious food and perfect location. Staff made us feel like royalty. Accommodations were unique and comfortable. Our guide took us everywhere we wanted to see.

-
...perfection!...in all aspects !
+
Large room.Lovely view from atop the hill. Very maritme layout with lots of steps.
-
Directions to site very confusing. Far from town. No signs out on streets to help find the place.
+
Location Gorgeous views Decor and interior Very friendly stuff Great communal area including bar with very wide assortment and outdoor area with a pool and ambient temperature jacuzzi Dinner pre-booking, as only the best restaurants were recommended and they reserve literally the best tables for The Alexander Nice music streaming at the rooms from the main source (which of course can be switch off it necessary) Shuttle to and from dinner
-
Parking can be tricky, especially for big cars, however is manageable and there is also ample of parking outside of the gate
+
The Cottage on 55 is probably thé best place to stay in Franschhoek. The owners give their guests everything they desire and more, like breakfasts you can only dream of and the ability to have a cosy bonfire in the garden. They were very helpful in getting around Franschhoek, more than hospitable and offer a idyllic stay in an amazing scenery. Don't miss this one!
+
Breakfast was very nice and they offered a good variety of food. Great location and close to many different restaurants. The owners were very helpful on activities you could do close by and they were extremely friendly. Would definitely stay there again
+
Owner so welcoming... B'fast so beautifully served...
-
Light coming thru blinds in living area too early in the morning ...
+
Wow what an awesome place. Beautiful gardens and room. It's definitely a place we would go back again.
-
Only one small problem, there was a strong smell of Jik (cleaning agent). As I was sick, the smell did affect me.
+
The place and staff are great. I would definitely recommend Alicia's BnB to anyone.
+
The room was superb. Staff were very good. Breakfast was delicious.
-
Satellite TV was a bit out of sync making it annoying to try and catch a quick news update. Staff was a tad churlish about our request to help right this. Otherwise it was a lovely venue and we highly recommend to all.
+
The whole staff from the owner, to the night staff was awesome. They helped us whenever we needed help, even getting a cab when we left. They immediately pointed out points of interest our first night and the Riad was very clean and the rooms had a very distinct Moroccan charm. I would highly recommend anyone traveling to Marrakech to stay at Riad Lyla.
-
I honestly could not say anything bad about our experience.
+
I would first like to thank all the staff at the Riad especially Samina and Amin who made our stay so enjoyable. Nothing is a problem at Riad Kniza with 5 star service in the luxurious Riad you will really enjoy your stay. The food is amazing here, breakfast is served anywhere you want, I recommmend the roof as the atmosphere is very tranquil and eases you in the day. The 5 course menu for dinner is superb with local foods like Harira, Pastilla and Tajine is delicious. This is slightly more expensive then some of the food you can source in Marrakech however it is worth it if you have the time and want a restaurant feel right at home. Cant rant about this place enough and easily the best place we stayed in our 2 weeks travel around Morocco. Thanks Pete & Emma

delicious breakfast, nice people, great location, next time again :)
+
On The Rocks was a fantastic B&B. The location, views, room with ensuite, bed, breakfast and hospitality of the owners, Owen and Mary were all exceptional. We will definitely look forward to staying there again when visiting our family in Greencastle.
-
It would have been nice to have a towel rail and some hooks in the bathroom. Also the shower was fabulous but a slightly precarious step down. A hand rail would have been appreciated.
+
Lots of breakfast options. Super-king size bed is like a USA-sized king. Very clean, very comfy. Helpful, genial hosts.
-
Room was a little small, all luggage on the floor.
+
Valerie, the owner of this B&B was a perfect hostess. The room was immaculate, the breakfast was very good, and the location was great for visiting the Cathedral.

The welcome by the owners and advice re the area. The cleanliness and the comfort of the bedrooms and the residents lounge.Complimentary afternoon tea and a choice of cakes.
-
nothing at all not to like!
+
Nice sitting area in addition to bedroom. Nice views.
-
Road to location very narrow with some pot holes (300 yards). No issue for me in 4x4 but sports car or similar would struggle. Steep hill if walking back from town centre (10 mins)
+
Was clean, close to everything you could want to see in scwrborough! Excellent breakfast! Also staff were lovely, keen to do everything they could to ensure you had a nice stay! Would stay again
+
Location was just below the Alhambra -- only a 10 to 15 minute walk up a VERY steep hill, and very walk-able to other major sights. Our apt faced the back so it was very quiet. Liked the digital keypad for entry into the building as well as the apt -- no need to carry any keys. Maria was very helpful, and provided us with breakfast food.
-
Since there is no reception, it would be nice to have an emergency contact number 24/7.
+
Jan came out despite the bitter, bitter cold, to help us with parking and to help carry in our luggage. Our room was large and the bed was very comfortable. It was just what we needed after a longish (for us) journey from home, in Ireland. (We were both pretty wrecked!)
+
A fantastic stay the room was spotless the food was lovely and Emily and David make you feel very welcome .Will be going back again.

My husband and I travel extensively and this is one of the best B&Bs we have discovered. The old farmhouse is beautifully renovated with light, airy bedrooms and unusually large bathrooms. The hosts were warm, helpful and accessible without being intrusive. Delicious breakfast with homemade bread, and eggs and meat from local farmers. We hope to stay here again.
-
I can't think of anything that David and Angela didn't think of first. They exceeded our expectations.
+
Very nice property, very helpful proprietor and good location
-
Parking could be a problem
+
Extremely well conceived and charming apartment, Massimo's friendliness and professionalism, the location.
Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Germany
+
The staff is better than excellent. We arrived a bit frazzled from the drive. We were greeted at the door and invited in to the garden for a welcome drink. Our luggage was taken to our room and our car parked. Excellent breakfasts, and dinner. Be sure you go to Hell for dinner too. Room had a fan for the warm weather. Bath products were fine quality. Linens were crisp, cool, and comfy.
-
Okay. There isn't a lift, so that would be a problem for those traveling in a wheelchair or travel chair. I don't know if there were groun-level rooms. The staircases were no big deal and you don't have to schlep your own luggage.
+
The staff were absolutely amazing! From meeting us at the ferry when we arrived to parking our car for us to making recommendations of places to visit to helping us understand the culture of Croatia and the Dalmation people. We had read amazing reviews online before booking our 3 night stay and it definitely surpassed our expectations. Can't pick a better location or a nicer effectively family-run B&B. We look forward to visiting again.
+
Beautiful location. Host couldn't have been more helpful. Excellent large bathroom, best shower we had in the U.K.
-
Pop music playing at breakfast.
+
The cottage is absolutely beautiful and a credit to the owners, who themselves were very helpful and great hosts. We had a great time at Cronk Darragh and would definitely recommend it
+
Our host, Mario, was outstanding!! Great directions, good restaurant suggestions, wonderful breakfast, & excellent service. The place to stay in Brussels.
-
Inaccurate reviews from other guests. Toiletries are not from China, and slippers are not needed on the clean floors.
+
excellent comfort, room, food, car parking and staff

Fantastically warm welcome by Clare and Eugene on arrival and the offer of home made cake was an added bonus. Nothing was too much trouble and I don't think they could improve anything!

We loved this b&b! The room was modern and spotless, with a very comfortable bed. The full Irish breakfast was amazing. Brian and Dympna even made us a pot of tea with sweets when we arrived. Don't hesitate to stay here! The owners are also very helpful and had great suggestions on where to eat.
+
Staff was superb. Very engaging and helpful.
-
Light out above bath sink. They weren't able to fix it.
+
Friendly staff, impeccable service
+
The bnb is cozy, classic and in a perfect location. Everything is perfect. We received warm welcome at the check-in, and was amazed by the cozy and bright studio. Although there was the main building standing in the front of the studio, we could still enjoy the sea view from the bedroom on the second floor. In the evening when we came back, the hostess has turned on the heater for us already, which was quite considerate. The breakfast was included with a variety of choice. Really perfect stay and we will definitely come back.

Nothing.
+
Wonderfully appointed room with great views. Excellent breakfast and super frienddly hosts!
+
Extremely kind and nice host.
-
A little changes to the front sign board - can put up higher and with brighter perspective would be great to locate when driving along the busy highway.
+
What's not to like about this place...just gorgeous. Inge, the owner, is an absolute sweetheart and the best breakfast maker as well. Our facilities were all that you could hope for...comfy bed with classy bedding...excellent pillows! The decor was newly done in our area with a good balance between functionality, good taste and the odd quirky, good sense of humour touch. Our stylish bathroom and well equipped kitchen really were the icing on the cake. Just the best place you could stay without paying a king's ransom.
-
Not a thing!!
+
Joyce and Phil are excellent hosts. Great location, fine accomodations and incredible breakfasts
+
Wonderful place in a beautiful location! Geoff and Sharon were just super. We would have loved to have stayed longer.
+
I loved that the room was spacious and the entire property was clean and tidy. The room we got also had airconditioning which was important to me. The owner was very accomodating, gracious, and warm and was genuinely concerned that her guest was well rested.
-
To me everything was perfect.
+

+
Very clean and comfortable.
-
Site should say that it is a B and B, we were expecting a motel. There is no smoking anywhere on the property, guests should be aware before booking. Not every guest will appreciate constant interaction from the hosts whenever you open the door.
+
Everything was absolutely perfect. Everything we could have needed was there. Was well thought through.
-
Maybe just a slightly bigger sign. Went around 3 times until we finally found someone to ask
+
Rita and rick were the perfect host and hostess, we could not fault the facilities and breakfast each day was a little different from the previous day. Lots of little 'comfort' touches, like the port and chocolate at the end of the evening; a pot of tea upon returning from a busy day sightseeing and the late checkout.
-
that we had to leave!
+
From the time of our arrival, meeting with John and Tanya we knew we were in the right place, like home. Our room awesome. Had everything from towelling bath robes to compl imentry chocolates and port. Great selection of teas and coffee. A bed to die for, large and comfortable. Even when we left in the morning we were given some home made bread, beautiful, went down well with some locally sourced Tassie cheese. Thank you both for our stay. Nearly forgot the the most important thing. Excellent value for money. Phil & Chris

I could not fault a thing with this property, it is absolutely stunning! The service we received from Angie was brilliant also!
+
Great host, great views, great breakfast
+
Absolutely loved staying here. Would have been nice to have a bath in our room but overall would definately go back. We checked out late and the lady was very nice about it, discounted our stay as breakfast was unavailable. Great communication with us, am sad to know it is sold as it is a beautiful place to stay.
+
Everything is nice, very good choice for a get away.
+
Absolutely everything! From the moment you arrive you are made to feel at home in a very gorgeous environment. Everything you could need (ad then some!) is available. LOVED the lodge and its owners!!

The hot breakfast was delicious. Nothing was too much trouble. We were going to a wedding so an iron and ironing board were offered to us without us even having to ask. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

More hanging space would have been nice.

The staff is very helpful. The room is clean, with a shared balcony. There are many restaurants nearby. 15min walking to central. Lovely

Very authentic accomodation in the Blue Mountains. The friendly owners prepared a very good fresh breakfast for us. We very much liked the kockatoos on the terrace during breakfast. Lovely furnished room.

Beautiful property and impeccably decorated! We had to leave early and the hostess gave us a bag breakfast to eat on the way.
+
We stayed for 8 nights. The owner’s make every guest feel at home. After eight days we were feeling a little like family. Our room was comfortable and kept clean, neat and ready every day. On rainy days we came back early from our outing and spent time relaxing in the lounge area. Morning breakfasts was a mini meet and greet with the other guests sharing adventures around Summerside and life experiences. Good conversation, great food and the feeling we were home, even if just for a few days. Ken and Jen were very good at pointing out local attractions, and places to have great meals. Don’t miss the local Ice Cream shop and restaurants, you won’t be disappointed!

Everything was great

This place was a true escape in the scenic mountains. I have always imagined bed and breakfasts to be this pristine, warm and welcoming, but this is the first time that I experienced exactly what I was looking for. The owners were friendly and very hospitable, making great food and always offering drinks. I would love to go back and stay again!

We loved the Bed and Breakfast, but the lasting impression we will have is the warm hospitality of the innkeepers. Bob and Karen were superb.
+
A wonderful breakfast, a very comfortable bed, in a beautiful home with kind hosts (and 2 cute dogs)!

Great location, helpful staff, nice massage
-
Bed was very uncomfortable, breakfast was stingy - expected better for the price
+
Kent was great! Loved the wonderful breakfast each morning, and the outstanding hospitality. We'll be back for sure!

Utterly charming B & B. Hosts were very kind and accommodating. Decor fantastic...from their many voyages on land and sea. Hostess is a naturalist at heart and wonderful photos all around. Breakfasts were wonderful, too.
+
The accommodations and the meal service were superb.
Greenville, South Carolina
+
The hospitality And food was exceptional. Just a short walk to Greenville's beautiful downtown.

Absolutely fantastic place! Highly recommend. Great breakfast, gorgeous rooms.

The charm and location of hotel. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood was very quiet.

+
The owners were delightful, helpful folks. Great location! We walked all over the Harbor, Federal Hill, Little Italy and Fells Point. The bed was heavenly, soft and large. Food was healthy, yummy and plentiful.
-
I seriously can not think of anything that I didn't care for. We will return next year if our son still lives in Baltimore!
Burlington, New Jersey
+
Lovely historic B&B has been completely renovated. Breakfast was delicious. The owners were gracious hosts and kept the place sparkling clean. Bed was comfy. Hot tub was wonderful once the jets decided to work. The location is great for walking along the Delaware River. There was a tall ship the AJ Meerwald I think , taking tourists out for a cruise as we walked along the riverside at sunset. It was really beautiful. There is good food to be had at the Brickwall in a renovated Fire house or Legends pizza place. Both within 2 blocks of the Lily Inn.
-
Bathroom floor was extremely slippery when a little bit wet. There was no hook for towels near the bedroom and we had to cross to the far side of the bathroom, very gingerly on damp floor, to get or hang up towels. Floor got wet easily as there is no surround on the tub.
+
staff were super helpful, the decor was lovely and the hotel was in a great part of the town - close to the beach, quiet and near good restaurants and shopping. Amazing breakfast !
-
only negative was lack of hot water and really bad water pressure. i had been traveling for 20 hours and would have liked to have had a hot shower. Everything else about the hotel is excellent - i had 4 cold or luke warm showers when i was there and had mentioned it a few times at the front desk
+
good set up with drying rooms for skiers. Very friendly, welcoming. Would recommend and stay again.

Nothing.
+
Best breakfast this side of the Mississippi River 🤗☕️🍽. And superb appetizers!!! Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable Foxglove room. Would stay again👍🏽
-
Appetizers earlier would make it easier to have appetite for dinner, but I realize that might not be a problem for most people. They were just to good to skip.
Pigeon Forge, Tennessee
+
Lovely stay, delicious breakfast.
-
Bottled water in the room would have been nice.
+
Amazing hospitality! Delicious breakfast! And a killer left handed point break steps away. Bouldering and surfing so close by to warm, safe, and friendly staff. Traveling as a woman alone, I could not have been happier!
-
Nothing! Absolutely fabulous!
+
The owner and his wife are amazing. Gerardo was the most welcoming and genuine hostel hotel you name it owner I have met travelling. Plan to visit again before leavin Quito. The sauna was great.
-
Place was great but it is a bit off the beaten path if you don't have a car. That said there is no reason to leave and place is beautiful. Great especially if your catching a flight out or need a quiet Basecamp.
+
The staff was very friendly and the location was very good.
+
We were 5 adults from Wisconsin. As we arrived at LaCapilla, Chris was there to greet us with his welcoming personality. As we entered his gardens, we were amazed. He worked on this lodge for 10 years and it was wonderful. He is french, but speaks Spanish and English. His wife, Rabina is Peruvian & English. We were introduced to his dog, Akia, who just gave birth to 6 puppies, approximately 1 week ago. She even let us hold her puppies. We arrived late, around 6 pm, and placed our dinner order. So nice to eat there. We ate all our dinners there except one which we went to Urubamba to a restaurant. The day we went to M.P., Chris made sandwiches so we could take them for lunch. Chris was very attentive to all our needs. If we needed a van or taxi, he arranged it. LaCapilla was a very quiet and pleasant place to stay. We all loved it. If we ever return to Peru to this area, we would return to this beautiful lodge.
-
Did not have any dislikes. Everything perfect.
+
Liz and Paola were exceptional hosts with their attention to details in the well appointed rooms, their tips for local restaurants and sights, their individualized breakfasts in the morning to their help in storing our bags while we hiked to Machu Picchu. The wifi was also awesome. Don't miss this lovely town and quaint, quiet guest house.
+
Owners were really friendly and helpful, the garden was delightful and the location was safe and just a short walk from the town centre.
-
The bathrooms were not en suite, which I hadn't expected, so you have to walk across a small communal room to get to them.
+
Everything! Great atmosphere and beautiful setting.
+
Everything. Victor was the perfect host, happy to organise early and late check ins/outs. Location is perfect, very quiet off the main street. All facilities.
-
Nothing. Everything was top shelf.
+
I loved everything about our stay. Mario and Blanqui were amazing hosts and gave good recommendations. The hotel was beautiful and we loved our room and rooftop terrace. And we enjoyed the breakfast each morning!

San Carlos de Bariloche, Argentina
+
The scenery from the hotel is beautiful! The room is nice and warm and the host is very friendly and helpful. Thank you!
-
It's a 30 minutes drive from town and bus station which makes it hard to join tours. It'll be best to have a car if staying in this hotel.
+
Eliana was a wonderful hostess. Her knowledge of the islands and the local scene made a great vacation even better. And the outdoor breakfast area was a wonderful way to start each day.
-
Nothing.
+
A great stay in Cartagena! What a nice hotel! I wouldn't know where to start from... Great staff, great food (the breakfast was amazing, everything we wanted they made for us),amazing location in historical center, stunning room, exactly all I hoped for and more. There is one small plunge pool and a jacuzzi small pool on the rooftop. Nice courtyard in a colonial style house.
-
The room was amazing, with an open roof shower, nicely decorated with flowers and stones. The only thing is you share this open roof shower with the neighbors on 1St and 2ND floor (it is kind of an atrium). We didn't mind but found it funny that we could hear while the neighbors were brushing teeth, taking a leak or shower. Of course, you could hear none of this when you were in the room.
+
Wonderful, super confortable beds, super breakfast, super staff....
+
Hosts were very nice and friendly, Luis provide us all of the information about Rio we needed. Clean room, good location, fantastic swimming pool area.
+
Beautiful posada on a gorgeous piece of property - vineyard, pool, outdoor patio, beautiful building. Staff was especially accommodating with requests for information, help with arrangements, (especially Brenda), and dinner menu...and all staff bilingual Spanish/English. Breakfast each morning was delicious! Location to the wineries and a drive up to the Andes perfect. Exceeded all expectations...would recommended highly to discerning travelers.
-
Hard to come up with anything except to say if you want an urban experience, this is not your place. 20 minute drive to Mendoza center.
+
The hotel is centrally located and my friend and I felt comfortable walking around, even after dark. We drove to Cuenca and were able to park easily in the secure lot about a block away. The staff and the owner/manager? were all very accommodating. The space is unique and well appointed and we really enjoyed our stay!
+
This was the nicest hotel with nicest staff! We had such An amazing time! If you are going to Cartagena you must stay here. Such an enjoyable experience and such a nice clean hotel. We had an amazing breakfast every morning, free wifi, we took advantage of the spa. We loved it!
-
That our trip was over. We don't have any complaints at all
+
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They answered questions promptly and thoroughly before we arrived, and went out of their way to be helpful while we were there, including serving us breakfast early on our last day, when we had a flight to catch. We loved the modern design inside an old townhouse. The location on Cerro Alegre is quiet but a short walk to everything we wanted to visit. And the roof deck was even better than it looks in the photos -- sunny, with a panoramic view of the town and bay, it's the perfect place to relax at sunset.
-
Although the standard rooms are fine, you might want to pay extra for a room facing the sea. The views are spectacular.
+
We loved our stay! They were so accommodating with everything! We were definitely a bit demanding as we had so many other trips planned. I can't believe how great they were, and the 3rd floor room we had was amazing. Best value for money, quiet, and clean. We will be back for sure.
-
It's in a school yard, so sometimes it is hard to get into the hospedaje. But other than that, amazing.
+
The staff was more than accommodating. We really enjoyed the Pisco sour making lessons and also appreciated all of the extra help with directions and logistics! Amazing!
+
Loved the staff!!! So helpful and accommodating!!! Our flight was later on in the night... And they gave us the room complimentary till whenever we needed it the day of our check out. Fantastic experience!!! Would recommend all visitors to BA to stay there!!!!
-
There was nothing not to like!!!!
+
Cute little cottage! Host was attentive and helpful, amenities were great and bed was quite comfy.
+
Exceptional, customer-oriented owner. Everything--room, breakfast, support and advice for things to see--was first rate. Location is great for nearby restaurants and access to rest of city. Absolutely recommend this place to others!
-
Our itinerary put us in Valparaiso on weekdays, so we missed weekend markets, particularly maritime antiques. Our B&B made up for this.
+
i loved everything
-
nothing could have been better, apart from more sunshine and more daylight hours
+
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean and attractive. Located in an area easily within walking distance of nice restaurants and sight-seeing. Highly recommend
+
Comfortable beds, excellent staff, good food. I felt very at home.
-
Didn't like the carpets in the room. Felt corporate.
+
The host is very friendly and helpfull. A wonderful apartment, spacious, sunny and very well equipped in adition to two large terraces.
Bethlehem, Palestinian Territory
+
Great location, beautiful villa, top hospitality. Authentic. Fabulous sumptuous breakfast. The owner Nabil helped us experience Bethlehem at its best. Upon booking this hotel, we were attracted by its high ranking of 9.9 on booking.com. It is well deserved.
+
The rooms we had at the estate opened onto a lawn which overlooked the valley. There were lounge chairs and tables with chairs available for relaxing after our days of sightseeing. We found the refrigerators were stocked and cookies and wine were provided in the rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
+
Rooms were large with in room jacuzzi, gorgeous views, private patio, stocked with goodies, including a bottle of wine and fruits. The pool area was lovely. Breakfasts delicious and the owners, Avi and Anat couldn't have been nicer. Staff also lovely. Great place to stay for hikes and sightseeing in the Golan and not far from Tiberius and the Galilee.
+
Everything about our stay was perfect. The main house is beautiful and filled with historic artifacts. The rooms are lovely with a back terrace facing the garden with orange trees and flowers galore. The breakfasts are beyond describing. The best we had in Israel. Shuli is an extremely gracious hostess who helped us plan our days and made our stay a delight. We will be back again and recommend this inn unconditionally.
+
Charming accommodation in Arad. Immaculately clean. Warm and helpful owner. Will definitely return!!

Nice and Clean apartment. the host Ariel is a wonderful man. going the extra mile to please.
-
the address is hard to find. but worth the time finding it...
+
The room is amazing! We opted for the top floor room with the hot tub, and really enjoyed our stay. Great location; great value!
+
Breakfast is definitely worth the extra cost! The food was delicious and everything was freshly made. Views were amazing!
+
Guido was a gracious host and the other guests were interesting and friendly people who were very considerate of each other. The rooms were spacious and clean and the common areas were really lovely with a great kitchen for cooking if you wish or for enjoying the delivered food that you ordered from an extensive choice of menus, or the delicious and substantial breakfast provided each morning. The location is perfect. Just a few blocks from an area called Paris Circle where there are delicious falafal shops, ATM's, a small grocery store, intersting restaurants, and shops. Because we were working each day it was very convenient to get a taxi easily from the Circle. Within another short walk you are at the Rainbow Street area in old Amman which is a very happening area with lots going on. Among the many things I could recommend, is Jaffra for dinner and order the fish prepared in a clay pot and go to the top of the Citadel at 5:30 for the Call to Prayer. The view is inspiring. Thank you Guido for a wonderful stay. We will be back.
+
We loved our stay there. Danny and Susan were warm, thoughtful, and generous. They were able to adapt to our schedule, providing an early breakfast when we needed to get out for touring. It was a great location in Tsfat and for touring in the north. Each room had it's own unique charm.
-
You couldn't get a wifi signal in the room, so we had to sit in the courtyard or lobby (right by the room) to access a signal. That could' be seen as a benefit for some, though.
+
A lovely and fully equipped apartment - so much more than a room in a guest house. It is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated
-
This is really much more of an apartment or home rental than a hotel room. And it has a bit of a homestay feel as the owners quarters are adjacent to the units. It was great for me but guests should be aware.
+
Hotel is lovely and very clean. Staff was very helpful and stay was great.
-
Do not be scared off by the parking lot which faces a derelict building.
+
The hospetality, the kindness of the reservation manger and staff
+
Spacious, modern, location, ease of access, owner was incredibly communicative and kind, local cellphone provided, full kitchen and utensils, coffee shop downstairs
-
Noisy with all the traffic but manageable, bit dusty inside, there's a small draft you can feel innthe bedroom, even with all windows and door closed AND the electric shades down.
+
Amazing sea views, private terrace, fantastic location in the hart of old Jaffa. Place comes alive at night and you can hear the sea and feel the breeze when you are waking up.
-
Everything was amazing
+
Pool Terrace with breakfast Room style Very friendly staff
-
Quite expensive Breakfast could have a bit more variety Often had to wait for breakfast items to be filled up, some things ran out during breakfast
+
Nice helpful staff, quick check in /out, quietness, location

Excellent location in Jaffa one of the most picturesque area of Tel Aviv. Great staff that is very helpful and accommodating.
-
Everything was great
+
Great customer service , very honest people , trying their best to provide fantastic service and best customer experience .. Also I like how they confirmed my booking quickly and connected with me to assure me that it's all good and they will be waiting for me at the airport to pick me up with my family .. We enjoyed our stay .. It's pretty good hotel in general ..
-
The smell of cigarette smoke in the corridors, however , it's a common thing in Erbil as they don't have as much restrictions on smoking in closed and public places ! No swimming pool :(
+
Location Is Good if you are traveling for business
-
Breakfast is poor and around 10:30 am there is just breadcrumbs to eat.
+
The hospitality afforded us by the owners/staff was *****Plus. We were offered extras, like Chocolate, coffee, and more at all times of our stay; our hosts could not have been friendlier, and special mention must be made of son, Geffen. Just outstanding! The choices for dinner were limited, mainly meat casseroles, and a fish offering. I have a sweet tooth, and the desserts more than made up for the mains. The swimming pool is a most welcome inclusion. Kept spotlesslessly clean.
-
No choices were offered for breakfast, like eggs, toast, pastries, and what was offered was small in size.
+
The staff was great. The outdoor area was lovely with flowers and a really nice pool area.
-
The room was not exceptional for the price. The food was OK, but not for the price. At this price, they should certainly include computer use..w/o extra fee.
Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
+
The staff trying to help the customer as possible as they can. And they are always smiling 🙂.
+
The room the check in staff the support staff the fact that I could call to have a woman come and help me fasten my dress ( she was wonderful she also changed the bed for us)
-
Everything was great until I got to the breakfast The staff at breakfast was totally unprofessional the cleaners were nicer than the service staff who were either too arrogant or just plain unfriendly The cleaving staff were nice and friendly the service stuff couldn't take the time to actually give service as I said some were arrogant and some just didn't care they had a quota to make and were being rushed to clear tables and get things moving even though the place wasn't full

Amazing Staff
+
Hotel was just fantastic, staff couldn't do enough for us. They were also very helpful and always smiling. Room was large and very comfortable, service was first class.
-
There is nothing we didn't like, Dubai is a magical city and lived up to our expectations. Raffles for us was everything we could have hoped for and more.
+
The view, the staff, and the overall attitude of the resort was exceptional!!!
-
Only downside for me a key that didn't work from time to time but easily forgotten when you see the sun set on Marigot Bay!!
Windwardside, Bonaire St. Eustatius and Saba
+
We loved everything about Selera Dunia. Our stay surpassed expectations for everything... the water gardens, the mindblowing views off of the balcony - even on a rainy day were phenomenal. The enormous room had such charm and was so comfortable, we didn't mind at all the rainy weather we had as we relaxed in the large sitting room are while watching the clouds move in and out over Mt. Scenery. What a show! Hemmie and Yenny have collected pieces from all over that make each room one of a kind and so interesting, the Dutch Room has a really comfortable four poster bed that was made for a visit by the Queen! Great breakfasts, spotlessly clean, Selera Dunia is a fabulous one of a kind location on an amazing island. And Hemmie and Yenny are one of a kind special hosts!
+
we stayed in two different rooms and they were both amazing. This place is first class. The food was fabulous and the staff will help you with anything you need. I cant wait to go back
-
nothing
+
I was in apartment 'Pedernales' which is lovingly designed and made me wanting to live there. It has a large square balcony. The owners are German and they give great attention to their guests and properties. The apartment is well equipped. Bayahibe is a quiet and pretty town, and serves as a good base for day trips (the beach here is not a huge draw, better to drive to Dominicus and Playa Macao).
+
The view was amazing... from sailboats to bay activities and even some afternoon rainbows! Centrally located and easy to reach all that St. Lucia has to offer.
+
Wonderful couple hosting and very nice accommodations. Hot water more like warm water but not a problem with very warm temperatures.
+
Very clean Close to the ocean
+
Beautiful, quiet location far from the hustle of Negril, a warm welcome from our fascinating host Iyaras, his son Gabriel and neighbor Sharon, sunsets from the balcony.
+
This is an amazingly beautiful hotel. I went with my eight year old son and we had a marvellous time. The hotel is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We stayed in Suite #1 and it was spacious and had everything you could possibly want to make you comfortable. We ate her practically every night and the food is superb. Breakfast is wonderful and served until 11:00 am which is a real treat for late risers. However, the best part of the hotel is Saskia and Marc who are marvellous hosts and make sure you are very comfortable with everything and have everything you need, as well as their dogs, Botti and Pooka. Botti swam and "rescued" my son many times in the pool which was the highlight of his trip!
-
Nothing in my opinion! We are planning on going back!
+
Breakfast was served every morning on our veranda with a beautiful view of the ocean. It is very quiet on the beach. Raphael took very good care of us during our stay.
-
The beds are very hard.
+
The owners were very friendly, the views were incredible, gave great advice on what to do in the area and the breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend
+
Excellent staff. Quiet facility with a feel of family. Very restful atmosphere. Great ocean view and home cooked breakfast. Thanks jeremy and clarissa. You made our trip worthwhile.
Kingstown, Saint Vincent & Grenadines
+
Great staff, especially housekeeping, with Special mention to Carla.
-
A little more attention should be paid to making sure the floors of the shower stall are scrubbed and kept clean of soap and bacteria build up. There should be easier access to an ice machine for the guests.
+
I love the scenery and the breeze and the overall weather. The pool and chairs were very nice. The owners were also very nice. The food that was made there was very good.
-
There should be a working oven, toaster and microwave. The cable should also be working for those of us who cannot speak Spanish.
+
Very nice hotel with excellent standard of accommodation and service. Friendly and helpful staff. Well located with short walk to town and ferry. Good choice of breakfast delivered to your room. Afternoon tea and cake was a bonus after a long day's sightseeing. Rooms very spacious with nice terrace for eating breakfast or relaxing evening drink listening to tree frogs!
-
No complaints.
+
We went to the Bucuti to celebrate our 10th anniversary. We have been to Aruba twice before and our stay at the Bucuti was definitely the best we have had. The Staff, especially Bjorn and Frank were incredibly friendly, accommodating and helpful. The staff had great recommendations regarding restaurants, shopping and activities on the Island. We enjoyed a couples massage at the spa which was great. One of the best things was that there was always plenty of room on the beach so no having to reserve or stake out a spot. One of the nicest touches was that Bjorn sent us a bottle of champagne with cheese, crackers and chocolate as a gift for our 10th anniversary.. This obviously shows how invested they are in taking care of their guests. We look forward to visiting the Bucuti and Tara again!
-
The breakfast buffet was very good at the hotel restaurant Elements, but the dinner at Elements was average. We did only eat once at Elements, so not sure if this was on off night. This was honestly the only thing we did not like about the Bucuti!
+
This is our favorite spot if you are looking for a beach location in Negril! The rooms are so cozy and comfortable, the staff is soooooo friendly and welcoming, the food and drinks are amazing and the beach is just beautiful! You cannot beat the sunset views at this location! It's very quiet and so relaxing! Love the shades hammock too! We've stayed here several times and can't wait to go back!
-
Nothing about this property that I do not like!
Saint John, U.S. Virgin Islands
+
Close enough to town, but far enough to be quiet. Fabulous views, well-equipped comfortable room, gorgeous grounds, great breakfasts, all the necessary beach gear to borrow -- what's not to like?
-
Wi-fi was unreliable while we were there, but maybe that's not such a bad thing! The price isn't out of line, but that means that it is considerable.
+
The best apartments by far in Cabarete. Luxurious and fully equipped with everything you can want. For a kitesurfer as myself, couldn't be better.
-
Only thing missing is food and beverage but that is normal since these are apartments and supermarkets are close enough. The only real thing that has to be improved if the fact there are simply no sun shades at the pool or at the beach for the sun beds (the sun can get extremely hot).
+
Can't wait to get back friendly staff, beautiful apartment very clean, Rene was very helpful in whatever we needed no complains. Most of all there was no mosquitoes. Fabulous trip

Grace Bay, Turks & Caicos Islands
+
Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Hotel property and beach were beautiful. Great location. Rooms were large, clean and nicely decorated. Nice buffet breakfast. Overall had a wonderful stay.
-
Food at the pool and beach areas were not good. Prices were high. Restaurant standards/food taste need improvement.
Grace Bay, Turks & Caicos Islands
+
Loved the beach. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. They remembered names and went out of their ways to help. The pool and beach units are beautifully decorated with great views. Loved the peacefulness and tranquility of the place. The guests were also very nice. Not the place to be wild or loud. Very classy!
-
I booked last minute, so had to change rooms a couple of times. It is an island, so very important to confirm your understanding of tours, etc.
+
Beautiful, spacious accommodations. Loved the golf cart to drive around. Top notch amenities.
-
Wish water sports had been more accessible. Sandals had a lot of fun options on their side. I do wish there had been more activities, more variety for dining options.
+
Clean and comfortable apartments located in a quiet section of Esperanza. Reasonable good value. Great views from rooftop deck.
-
The room lacked any sort of character. It was spartan and not at all cozy. This is likely because the property was recently bought by new owners who have not yet taken the time to bring the rooms up-to-date and give them a bit of personality.
Las Terrenas, Dominican Republic
+
The location and the friendly staff
+
Character and old world charm abound in this small, quaint , and classy boutique hotel. Conveniently located in Old San Juan, near the water, fort, walking paths, shops and yummy restaurants! Rooms were comfortable and classy while staying true to the character of the neighborhood. Will stay there again when we go back to PR.
+
amazing room. Excellent staff creative entertainment adds up to an unforgettable holiday My third floor room overlooked the pool and set the tone for an incredible holiday with my sister.
-
Everything was awesome
+
Super clean and nice, and friendly helpful staff!!! Would definitely recommend staying here. The location is only 2 blocks from the beach, and the hotel provides towels for beachgoing. All of the places in Ocean Park are very close within walking distance, and we feel that we stayed at the nicest place for the value. Another tip for travelers-- you can walk across the freeway on an overpass to the Target Rent-A-Car if you want to get a car for a day trip to other areas of the island (Target has the cheapest car rentals and very friendly staff).
+
Amazing pool area with coastal view
+
Peaceful, friendly & helpful staff, access great for beach & main High Street. Very enjoyable stay.

+
a comfortable room, crazy nice staff, the hotel is impressively appointed with the rooms finished to a high standard and extremely comfortable
+
The crew was very professional and friendly, food was good and if you get the drinks during happy hour they re reasonably priced too. I had a massage which was relaxing as well. The room was clean and the bed super comfy. Shower was awesome. It was also great to get away from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi.Would do this again
+
Great value hotel, comfortable rooms with TV, aircond, big shower. Very nice restaurant with good prices and delicious food.
+
Staff was excellent in customer service. They really made the stay perfect. Tracy & Danny made sure of our well being. We strongly recommend them.
-
There was an empty water bottle under the bed when we checked in. Other than that, the room was clean.
+
friendly stuff
-
breakfast small and not very international
+
We found the hotel to be comfortable, convenient, and clean. The pool area was nice. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. convenient location and well priced.
+
Absolutely lovely place to stay. The owners, Mr Chinh and Ms. Nanh were fabulous hosts at Camelia Homestay. They were unfailingly attentive, cheerful and helpful. One night, my wife and I returned to the Camillia quite late without having had dinner. When Ms.Nanh found out that we hadn't eaten, she whipped up two perfect bowls of noodle soup...gratis! The accommodations were clean and surprisingly spacious. There was good wifi and ample hot water. There is a really good restaurant, The Red Dragon, nearby. The laundry service provided by Camillia Homestay is a bargain and the prices of the mini-bar items were not inflated. We stayed a week and in that time, the owners twice treated their guests to an evening barbecue with free beer. Camillia Homestay is in a quiet part of town with little traffic, The center of Hoi An is about a twenty-five minute walk away with no issues. The tuk-tuk trip takes only a few minutes and the Camillia also provides bicycles.
+
(1) Hotel receptionist was extremely helpful & attentive . (2) Welcome drink & fruit (3) nice Breakfast
-
Actually nothing .
+
The Hanoi L'heritage service could not be better. Friendly, playful, informed and ready to help with anything. Clean and comfortable in good location. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of cuisines including pancakes, scrambled eggs, Omelets, French toast, etc. . Highly recommend!
+
Staff were extremely polite, helpful and very attentive. Good location walking distance from the beach and great value for money.
+
Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Close to the downtown area and easy access to subway and buses.
+
Everything was great. Room was clean. The lobby is beautiful! I had no problems with noise, other than some kids above me jumping around, but it was during daytime hours.staff was great and very helpful to let us know about attractions. This is a great place to stay and plan on staying here again in the future.
+
the bed is nice, staffs are very friendly
-
a bit noisy at night, from outside on the street
+
The service is great, they provide us a guidelines where to visit and where to eat in Hanoi. The hotel is comfortable and clean.
+
Was upgraded to the Junior Suite on arrival. One of the best breakfast i had so far. Nice room and great ambience.
-
My room is on 8 floor. However the lift can only transport guest to 6 floor and it will not be convenient for older guest. Somehow the in-house cab is slightly pricey and it is cheaper to get your own transport. Maybe it is due to safety reason and the hotel cab is probably safer. In hanoi, the price and meter of the cab depend on the size of the cab you flag down.
+
Excellent hotel in Hanoi! Perfect location. Nice decor, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was delicious.
+
Excellent staff that go above and beyond for your. Fantastic breakfast selection. Very nice rooms

Amazing View with lovely and friendly owner. Even-though she not fluently in speaking English, but she does try her best to communicate with us. The cottage we stay have the direct view of mt. Fuji, absolutely amazing experience !
+
Excellent value for money, small but perfect. Staff lovely, room modern and bigger than most of other hotel rooms that we stayed before, location excellent. I have traveled to a few places in Vietnam and this was by far the best hotel. Love it
+
The decor of the hotel was beautiful, its this narrow hotel. But everything in Hanoi seemed long and narrow We were taking the sleeper train to Sapa and the boss offered late check out at usd 10 until 6pm.and so awesome yo! Nice staffs they ask us where we will be going every time they see us walk past the recep ,very helpful. 2 thumbs up
-
Breakfast was Omelette, but it looked deceiving the picture was filled with a big plate when it came it barely filled the tea cup plate hahaha The bed was a little hard but we walked our feet off so we slept like babies

Very comfortable room, amazing pool and good spa. Restaurant was a mixture of open-air and a glassed-off air-conditioned pod which was great to enjoy a glass of wine and read my book at nighttime.

Staff were friendly but quite persistent with bringing our bill/cheque whilst sitting beside the pool enjoying drinks

The owners of this property were so helpful in arranging a tour for us, the breakfast was more than we had expected, nothing seemed to be too much trouble right down to arranging laundry, on the whole Baan Jaru was a fantastic stop on our travels.

Absolutely nothing.

Everything was perfect for the price we've paid. We only booked one night online and then another one with a better price there. We did a two days one night tour to ha long bay organized by the hotel and it had a very good price-quality. It was 130usd per person but it's all included(except for drinks). Staff is very nice and they will help you with anything! I truly recomend :)

Room was very clean, side view of the sea, cheap price, friendly staff.Breakfast nice on the whole except for the eggs.

Bathroom was very old needs replacing, also really creepy pictures in the room and the corridors are also scary if you have watched a certain old horror film.Hotel needs updating but this is reflected in the price.

Good value for money. Have stayed here now on 4 occasions.

This hotel could be great with a little bit more attention to details. More attentive staff. Resurface the road at the side leading to the rear ca-park.Clean up the area at the side of the hotel. Change the carpets.

I really like the minimal architecture of my room and the general ambiance of the hotel. The guy at the reception helped me anytime i asked for. Finally the location of Mykonian Mare is great! Very close to Mykonos Town and great spot for sunsets.
