    Videoing & reflecting on the recording can be so powerful. Do you have a structure or a form T's use to guide their reflection?

    Some of my Ts struggle w/wrtg instr. I plan to video their teaching and so they see themselves and reflect.

    I like the notion of "coach" as opposed to "instructional leader." One connotes "facilitator" the other connotes "expert."

    Yes!!! Empower and respect autonomy. Releasing control to inst. coaches is key.

    A4: inclusion and support from administration is important. Don't hold back coaches, allow for autonomy.
