    All from experiments loaded into the are mapped to ontologies, then represented as a terminology on the site. Manually curating unmapped terms is one of the labor intensive parts of loading studies into the site.

    v4 of the database went live this month. Many minor improvements. Most notably, the search is now more streamlined, making it easier to find samples. See example search below for 'skin', that returns terms 'body habitat', 'body site' and 'sample type'.
