    So here’s my understanding on the issue of foreign ministers in vienna. They would come to sign off a deal on the text in all likelihood. That’s not completely nailed down. But it’s the plan. But if there isn’t a deal, they won’t be coming. -1-

    My latest on the Iran nuclear talks. If negotiators manage to close the remaining gaps, foreign ministers are expected to meet in Vienna within the next few days to adopt a formal decision on the restoration of the 2015 Iran nuclear deal.

    Whether Hezbollah's UAV that penetrated Israeli territory had photographic capability is unclear. It is clear that if it had such ability and did take pictures, it is only a matter of time before Hezbollah finds the right time to publish the photos.
