    750,000 Jews once lived in Arab states, incl. Iraq, Syria, Yemen. Persecuted, they had to flee. Take Libya. From 40,000 Jews in 1948 to 0 today. A 2000-year history erased. They, too, were refugees of the Arab-Israeli conflict. Why has the world been so silent about them?

    Tired of hearing this. Jews didn’t “take” anything. Over 1/2 of Israeli Jews come from Syria, Iraq, Egypt, etc. Countries where we’d been living for centuries/millenia. We grew up on this cuisine. It’s ours too. What, we should all eat gefilte fish just to make Dau happy?
