Yona (1944-85) was a rebel. A pioneer.

biopic Yona, which had its Chicago premiere at the

2015 Chicago Festival of Israeli Cinema,

preceded by an introduction by NU Professor
Phyllis Lassner of the WCAS Writing Program,
Jewish Studies and Gender Studies,
and Cindy Stern, CFIC Executive Director.
