Yona Wallach
 
Yona (1944-85) was a rebel. A pioneer.
A boundary-pusher.
Had she been born today, she would have had
millions of followers who wanted to be like her
and hear what she had to say.

exploring Yona's career and personality.

biopic
Yona, which had its Chicago premiere at the
2015 Chicago Festival of Israeli Cinema,  
preceded by an introduction by NU Professor
Phyllis Lassner of the
WCAS Writing Program,
Jewish Studies and Gender Studies,
and Cindy Stern, CFIC Executive Director.
