After I reserve a spot, is it guaranteed?

You betcha! While we can’t hold an actual spot, we do use inventory information from our parking partners to save some space just for you. On the rare occasion you can’t find a spot, just call our Customer Service Heroes at (312) 566-SPOT (7768) and they’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

Do I have to enter and leave exactly at the times listed?

No way, friend. You set the schedule,...just don’t park outside the reservation window. For example, if your reservation is from 7am–7pm, you can show up late for work at 9am and cut out early at 4pm. We won’t tell.

Can I get the same rates directly from the garage?

Short answer: Probably not. Without a SpotHero reservation, you’re stuck paying the drive-up rates, which are often 2x-3x higher than SpotHero’s prices, based on the garage’s rate structure. For best results, book on SpotHero (and floss daily, even though no one likes flossing).
