For the Starter plan, we charge our 5% fee right after the purchase is made. For Professional and Publisher plans, your monthly payment will include all the fees accumulated throughout the period and charged once a month.
All files are distributed to customers using CDN service to ensure highest download speeds on their end. This adds an extra cost for every file we deliver, so we charge a small transaction fee to be able to provide a great experience for you and your customers. With the PRO plan we've reduced the fee to a minimum.
Yes. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still receive payments with Stripe. If both PayPal and Stripe do not allow receiving payments in your country - you can only use Sellfy to offer free products.
