Ed Padron: I’m was out looking for purchasing a house. I found a house which was just listed on April 1 2018. Address on 49 Hackensack ave in Ridgefield Park NJ. I’m just thinking if this is for real or not cause the house listed for 200k. When I called Redfin they couldn’t give me any information about the house. They asked me to contact the listing agent which I did. After 3 voice messages which I left with no response I texted her and she returned my call rite away. The House was listed for 200k and she told me they had 8 offers. Now if a house is listed for 200k that’s the price. An offer is less than the listed price not higher and they said that they weren’t taking any more offers cause they had 8 offers I wonder if this is legal even thought I thank her for returning my called. Now I’m I waisting my time looking on these sites that i wonder if they exist or not. That’s my opinion as an American. They wouldn’t take the full price of 200k cause they had 8 offers at the lawyers. Now how do we know if they qualified the property still listed for sale rite now. This is what I think if a house is listed for a price and I offer the full price I should be taken into consideration. I was told the seller wasn’t in a hurry to sale it. So why listed. Rite. It makes me wonder. Thank you anyway.
