Well traveled chef and restaurateur Meherwan Irani has found a home in Asheville North Carolina, where the laid back community has taken a liking to his earnest approach to cooking. Originally of Parsi descent, Irani's menu, which focuses on street food from a variety of regions within India, aims to show guests that America's reputation as a melting pot is a mantra that transcends generations.
