By freezing others' funds for arbitrary if not ethically dubious reasons PayPal can accrue interest on those funds that it otherwise would not were they available to their rightful owners.

Athar Waqas: There has been an issue with open gapps hotword enrollment package. A fix for "ok google" anywhere has been found and patched but it still needs a gapps package with a non-corrupted HotwordEnrollment package. Can you guys check this in.

Ryan Stonecipher: Would you consider adding an option to donate directly from the Play Store via in-app purchases or subscriptions?
I understand that you embrace PayPal, but I am uncomfortable trusting an unregulated money handler that arbitrarily freezes funds and makes political statements by preventing otherwise legal transactions.

John Kavanaugh: How come we cannot donate through Android Market , I tried to donate through other means and it won't accept it I don't get it now that you're on the Android market make it possible to donate through the Android market what's up with that, or an advanced version of the application that we can pay for I want to support.

Maarten Fonville: +Gabriele Lucci the app itself does not interact with the gapps-config file (yet); but you can just put your gapps-config in the same folder as to where you download the ZIPs, and it will work as usual :-)

The APK has been signed by a certificate, you can verify the details on: http://opengapps.org/app/ and clicking the 'Verification Details' to see the checksums and the certificate info. (the button uses the html <dialog> feature available in Chrome and Opera, but not in FF and IE)

Utkarsh Uday Singh: +Ryan Stonecipher actually some apps including Google is crashing alot maybe as I'm using an older version of Gapps so someone suggested me to flash the latest Gapps which I'm unable to download (though 4g is running fine on other sites and apps). That's why I want to download it from drive if you'll share that!!

Today the first 7.1 OpenGApps.org packages will be published!
These are not tested yet, so please drop feedback in our XDA thread if you find any issues.
Also some new apps from 7.1 like StorageManger and the Pixel Launcher & Google Wallpapers are backported into the other versions. Check the wiki for more information; e.g. which keywords to put in your gapps-config! :-)

Shakir Abdul-Ahad: +Maarten Fonville Will do, but first here's what I just did:

During setup I simply opted to not use a network to setup my phone; basically bypassing the setup wizard. Then once I got to the home screen, I went to developer options > WebView implementation and selected Chrome Stable. Rebooted and my Google Play services FC's stopped. I've confirmed with the Dev of Uberstock that the necessary Webview patch was added to his source. I'll try the method that you suggested also.

Maarten Fonville: +Shakir Abdul-Ahad you need a ROM with the WebView Support patch http://opengapps.org/blog/post/2016/10/06/nougat-webview/ and otherwise stick to the smaller packages that don't replace the AOSP WebView
