Team learning plans can help you to get a team of people trained or certified. You can use the tool to create a plan for your team and assign members, and track your team’s progress.
Creating a learning plan is simple:
- Create a plan title and description
- Add one or more learning paths to the plan
- Assign people to the plan by using name and email address
- Track progress and encourage people to achieve their goals
You can also create company learning paths that highlight the learning paths that are relevant to your company and makes them easily accessible to everyone within your company.

In response to your requests, we’ve made updates to several Learning Plan features. These updates will give you an improved, faster experience with creating your Plans, assigning learners and customizing Plans to suit your needs. You can read about the improvements here.
