Of course journalists at newspapers and at the BBC love to think they're on a crusading mission but often that is not the case.

Jimmy from Dundee went 3 days without eating and was only able to eat due to local soup kitchen Why? Universal Credit. This Conservative policy is leaving people without money for food.

"The rage people should feel for Iain Duncan-Smith and the people who sat round the cabinet table and voted for it (benefit sanctions)." Mark Steel & Ken Loach express their opinions on the DWP & benefit sanctions regime!

The situation in Yemen shows in the clearest way that Conservatives always put profit ahead of human rights. They are deeply immoral people and hopefully voters will remember this when the next election arrives. (cartoon by )

The whole thing really is beyond parody. They go around accusing others backing oppressive regimes when that's what they do all day long.

In the 1979 election, Margaret Thatcher promised that Neo-Liberalism would free it and make us richer. The truth is that it did the exact opposite.

The sad truth is no matter how grim the situation gets in Yemen, due to Saudi Oil & Saudi weapons deals giving them huge influence in Westminster, our current Govt will refuse to stand up to them & that will remain the case until we've a different Govt that puts people b4 profit

The current UK Govt is at the forefront of selling the Saudis the bombs, war planes, and missiles that caused this very famine - we have a special responsibility to stop this, and enact an ethical foreign policy, not one where war after war makes us wealthy.

Oh my God. What kind of SICK propaganda is this? Your party has sold £3.3bn worth of arms to the Saudi-led coalition since 2015. Your party has British soldiers training Saudi soldiers. You are complicit in the largest humanitarian crisis in decades. You make me sick.

Your hypocrisy is simply breathtaking. Your Government certainly “has a special responsibility.” By allowing the export of a staggering £4.3bn worth of arms to Saudi Arabia to carry out its bombing campaign you are complicit in creating a historic human catastrophe

The famine is not an accident or the result of a natural disaster: It's caused by your Saudi friends bombing Yemen with weapons your Govt sold to them If you had an ounce of morality you'd condemn the Saudis & halt weapons sales but sadly you don't possess that ounce of morality

Across the world Governments are slamming Saudi Arabia for their recent crimes..........with one exception. One particular Government has been rather silent! Just shows the influence purchasing £Billions worth of weapons can get you in Westminster
