That is not a known issue. Could you try manually changing your ingest server to the second-closest location to see if that helps? You may need to simply reboot your router, as well. You can also join us here for live support:

Unfortunately, there's no way to overlay the chat over your phone screen outside of the app. :( You could suggest such a feature here:

Your configuration looks right and we can see both test alerts and replays on our side. We reloaded your widgets on our side, let us know if the issue continues. Also, double-check any adblockers, firewalls, anti-virus, etc. that may be interfering.

Hi! We're sorry for the inconvenience. While on a tip page, you can log in & click on your name in the top right, then click "Pro Settings". Then simply click on "Cancel & Refund Subscription". If you cancel within 72 hours of subscription, you'll be refunded automatically.

But did you actually run the installer as administrator? Right-clicking the installer and then select Run as administrator? Sometimes other software, mainly anti-virus software could prevent proper executing of installers, regardless if your account is an administrator.
