Yes people LOVE refunds. Average has been about $2700. That is a *choice*. The decision to reduce withholding to provide immediate but unnoticeable increases in take home pay was behaviorally uninformed. $10/week not noticed. $500 lower refund is. twitter.com/thestalwart/st…
