Yeah, I'm curious about that. I still think I'd rather do API/CLI based interaction on object storage, but that can also be slow at scale. SFTP isn't "fast" either, but I suspect it might be faster for bulk transfer.

RTO40 is hot on it's way to you today! Today's selections include a look at how horrible Amazon's website is, a bunch of #CSS you can learn in 30 seconds, more #microux with #microcopy, and some advice for doing your best work. Listen and RT buff.ly/2r7bt4Q #webdesign pic.twitter.com/Ec0TTA0zY9

Oh, good, the latest #Gutenberg update white-screened my post editor for a custom post type. And here I was worried it wouldn't be ready to launch in 5.0.

.@sitepointdotcom Jesus guys. Jesus. All I want to do is read the article. That's it. You give me a notification popup, a modal, two banner ads, and the cookie disclaimer. Why do you hate your readers? pic.twitter.com/UxoVphuy1R

Unrelated thought: Options like this are tough for end users. My folks won't be able to look at something like this and have any clue how the layout changes base on the text descriptions alone. There really needs to be some visual aids for stuff like this. pic.twitter.com/nwLb775r5j

I just realized that you can also call a flexibility-usability tradeoff an FU tradeoff, and that seems pretty appropriate, actually.

If I can help at all, let me know. Here are a couple screenshots specifically related to the "issue" I'm talking about that makes it difficult. I think it's mostly just a consequence of a flexibility tradeoff, really. bit.ly/2FHcURC

Let me rephrase. *I* know how to solve the problem, as a developer. But I can't expect a lay user taking over the site to remember or even know what it means to add custom classes on elements (or do it in the right place). Also, Fusion Slider elements don't support custom classes

The way Avada applies "default" CSS inline on elements is so frustrating, and makes it impossible to cleanly use child theme CSS to properly manage the presentation layer. If you're ever building a premium theme, don't follow @Theme_Fusion's model.

Working on brainstorming a new podcast idea. It's a fiction-based, first person, storyline-driven show. Something a little different from my brain, but very radio-theater feeling. What would you do if you were the last man left after a plague, and you had a radio?
