I'm sorry we're still giving you trouble here! Maybe we can try these troubleshooting steps instead:
1. Switch your Instagram business profile to a personal account.
2. Disconnect your Instagram account from Facebook (I recommend completing this step from a computer). -Essence

Hey Joel! I believe this might be a combination of Buffer's extensions evolving and the adblockers blocking a wider array of content; including some tech we use in our Browser Extension. What adblocker are you using? We might be able to help whitelist our extension. -Daniel
