Does your vision consider the UK or just England. It is TOTALLY unfair that Scottish students benefit from 'free' University places especially considering the Barnett Formula. What do English students get in lieu?

Additionally, the question becomes, "what does an 18 year old English student get in lieu of 'free' Uni education" especially considering the devolved Governments are still 'topped-up' by the likes of the Barnett Formula? Is the Prime Minister's review just England?

Hi @seanjcoughlan, I have for years challenged my local MP(s) regarding the inequality that young English students face compared to those in Scotland. As the UK, we surely need an equal policy for all? Is the PM's review UK wide?
