Hi! Hotel authorizes the card at check in and takes a deposit hold of 25 dollars per day for incidentals. Authorization holds are released upon checkout and it could take customers bank 10-14 business days to release the hold back into the account. Hope that helps! - Debbie twitter.com/messages/compo…
